Return and Refund Policy at Hyper Lovely Studio outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products, each item is unique and handled with care.
When You’re Eligible for a Return or Refund
We will assist you if:
- Your order arrives damaged during transit, or
- You receive an incorrect item
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear proof.
Proof Required
To process a claim, we require one of the following:
Preferred (fastest approval):
- A clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed parcel
- The opening process
- The damaged or incorrect item
If a video is unavailable, provide clear photos of:
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The outer packaging with the shipping label visible
- The inner packaging (bubble wrap, fillers, etc.)
Incomplete proof may delay or invalidate the claim.
When Returns or Refunds Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations inherent to handmade products
- Items that are opened or used but arrive undamaged
- Personalised or customised products
Important Notes
- All claims are carefully reviewed.
- Claims will be rejected if damage appears to be caused by misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage after delivery.
- Once a claim is approved, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided processing has not started.
Cancellation requests after this window cannot be accepted.
