Orders & Customisation

All gift boxes and paper goods are curated and packed by hand with care and attention to detail.

Custom or personalised orders are available. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customisation details, including names, spellings, and messages, before confirming an order. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

All sales are final once order processing has started.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Product availability is dependent on stock. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India using trusted third-party courier partners.

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days, depending on location

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional disruptions are beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handmade and often personalised nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or minor variations in handmade items.

Refunds or replacements are offered only if:

  • The order arrives damaged during transit, or
  • An incorrect item is received

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include clear proof.

Proof Required

Preferred (fastest approval):

  • A complete unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, opening process, and the damaged or incorrect item.

If a video is unavailable, clear photos must be provided of:

  • The damaged item
  • The outer packaging with the shipping label visible
  • The inner packaging (bubble wrap, fillers, etc.)

All claims are carefully reviewed. If damage appears to be caused by misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage after delivery, the claim will be rejected.

Once approved, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Product Variations

Minor variations in colour, texture, or print may occur due to the handmade and printed nature of our products. These variations are inherent to the process and do not constitute defects.

Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected and used only for order processing, delivery, and communication related to purchases.
